No swings are recording

If the app is not capturing your swings, check the following:

- Ensure that the device is on and paired with your phone or tablet (both lights on the front of your Swingbyte hardware should be illuminated). Make sure that the app indicates that it's connected and recording in the status center, as well.

- Swingbyte requires a point of impact to capture swings - ensure that you are hitting a ball, tee, practice bag, or other practice implement. 

- Check the alignment on your device-- Swingbyte 2 should be aligned at the 12 o'clock position, Swingbyte 1 aligns at the 3 o'clock position.

- Recalibrate your Swingbyte (lay the club your Swingbyte is attached to on the ground and go to settings > recalibrate ).
